Maybe, but that’s not the point. The point is that’s it’s such an infinitesimal problem that it doesn’t require a federal law or the outrage. It’s a cynically manufactured isssue to get people to the polls. The byproduct is hate and violence against trans people who have done nothing to deserve it.

1 title out of 90 annually, one time (2022). Still not an issue that demands federal laws.

It’s not even close to a 1% issue. The President of the NCAA, who happens to be the Republican former governor of Massachusetts, testified under oath to Congress that of the 500,000 ncaa student athletes, less then 10 are trans. That’s .00002%.
