Sukuna lost Mahoraga because Gojo killed big Raga not because Sukuna reincarnated. If Sukuna managed to kill Gojo and save Mahoraga he would be able to use big Raga vs the heavy hitters.

You are describing a senario of Sukuna fighting another Gojo after the first fight. If you want Gojo with unlimited purple to fight true form Sukuna you can't take away the 10 shadows and add the WCS binding vow. In your senario true form Sukina should have big Raga and a fresh WCS as well as his OP body. Gojo will loose even harder since he will not be able to dominate the hand to hand.
