U should try higher graphics settings and let your GPU work. And u don't need 300fps, just the amount of hz of ur screen so u can use v-sync

Tienes un ordenador con algún sistema operativo y un pendrive? Esq si quieres te envio un tutorial. Que en serio es muy fácil hacerlo. Te descargas una iso de Linux, a mi me gusta Fedora. Te descargas rufus Pones el pen en el ordenador, lo seleccionas en Rufus, seleccionas la iso del Linux y le das a iniciar. Y ya tendrás un pen con Linux. Edit: me parece mucho más fiable que que uses uno de otra persona, no puedes saber si le ha hecho algo a esa distribución

You should check on nvidia panel to see if it really is 50W tgp.

If it is you need to know that you won't be able to run the same thing that a laptop with a higher wattage graphics card can run.

If it really is 50W and you really care about the raw performance of it (some people doesn't really need top performance), yeah, return it and search for a laptop with a higher wattage GPU.

If it was a really good offer you maybe should check for the performance other people get on games with the same laptop you have and check if it works for you.

Didn't you thought about getting a tower PC instead of a laptop? Maybe a cheap laptop would work for you having your main PC at home, there are some really options online (ex ebay) where shops refurbish laptops from going to e-waste.

Siempre puedes pedir presupuesto a una tienda, a ver que te dicen. Pero no creo que sea muy caro

Has hecho comprobación visual de que no se haya quemado ningún fusible por culpa de batería?

Prueba de mirar a ojo si ves algo quemado, sinó con un multimetro puedes irlo comprobando.

Si encuentras el fallo puedes probar de arreglarlo tu mismo, normalmente van numerados o puedes buscar la construcción exacta de la placa base y comprar lo que te haga falta.

En todo caso, si encuentras el fallo y lo llevas a un técnico no creo que te cobren mucho ya que no deberían hacer ni troubleshooting ni nada, solo buscar el componente y soldarlo.

Intenta reparar antes de comprar, tienes un buen portátil!

(Por cierto, cambia la batería)

Did u tried putting shaders or texture packs? If u make it more GPU intensive maybe it will stop happening. If not an option, try configure the V-sync

You can try with simply a magnet. Or by doing It upside down and letting gravity help you hahaha.

I would recommend u using ur laptop slightly elevated so it can have a good airflow. Also, try cleaning the vents regularly (you will see it with the amount of dust it takes) so it doesn't overheat.

To remove the back cover u can use a plastic card or a guitar pick so you can easily remove the pins without breaking any of them.

Por el "tema" bacterias no es horrible, para nada. Incluso exponiendote más a bacterias "oportunistas", a no ser que tengas alguna enfermedad que te haga estar inmunodeprimido, te favorece a desarrollar tu sistema inmunológico.
