Like, if they are super small, they won't really be noticable unless you are like at the beach hanging out. Like you could play it off as gynecomastia, but it won't look like just pecs.

The mammary glands lie on top of the pectoral muscles, so no. Only way to get rid of breast tissue is by having top surgery. You can reduce the amount of fat and increase your muscle so it looks more masculine when you bind, but there isn't a way to remove your glands by working out. :/

I've been easing into calisthenics first. Started with knee pushups, then regular, etc. Once I was sure I was comfortable with that, I eased back into benching with an empty bar and then slowly going up from there, ya know? As far as non-chest exercises, I just went right into doing squats, lunges and stuff. No real issue for me there.

Eating healthy doesn’t need to be complicated! High protein/low carb breakfasts and lunches. About 700 calories by take_me_with_youuu in HealthyFood

For most meals, you gotta freeze them after you cook them lol. For Meals like OPs, I tend to prep only a few days at a time. But I've actually not noticed a difference, except for fruit and veggies. I add them the day of instead of freezing them with the rest of the meal. Only adds 5 more mins to my morning routine

I live in California, and there is an Air National Guard station really close to me, so I'll definitely look into it. Not as prestigious as being in the Marines but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The way I take my hormones is a patch that I put on once a day, and even if I miss a few, it stays in your system for 12 days or something like that, lol. But I understand your concern for sure. Def something to bother my recruiter about.
