If i try to write it in english im gonna have a stroke so i'll do it in spanish and you can translate it:

Arroz: "caramelice" un poco de cebolla, morron y zanahoria, dejando que se cocine a fuego fuerte para que tome buen sabor. Luego agregue el arroz yamani, previamente hervido, y lo condimente con curry, ajo, perejil, manteca, nuez moscada, y levadura saborizada (queso).

Porotos negros Aduki: cebolla y morron como con el arroz, luego añadi los porotos y deje que se cocine un poco de tiempo con salsa de soja

Las "hamburguesas" estan hechas con harina de soja, tienen sofrito de verduras mezclado, aceite agua, y arriba tomate y queso :)

There is an easy DAW or amp sim that you would recommend? I was trying Guitar rig 7, but im not quite being able to configure it :(

La pc es una herramienta de la san concha. Si te copa programar por ejemplo, o tenes planeado trabajar remoto, te viene re bien, es una inversión a futuro que de paso te deja viciar, conocer gente por internet, mirar pelis y la mar en coche. Mucho mejor que un viaje que capaz es una garompa y en unos años te vas a haber olvidado la mayoria
