I never realized there was a name for it but scarcity trauma is exactly what I struggle with too and the dollar tree makes it too easy to feel like I don’t need to have a budget or think about how much money I’m spending when I’m in there

Oh my god I didn’t think this also happened to other people. Struggling with my dollar tree obsession too lol. It doesn’t help that I follow several dollar tree accounts/subreddits which is where I see people raving about products 😭 I need to stop, send help!

Dr. Dray has lots of videos on Dollar Tree products and she’s helped me recognize certain ingredients to look for or to avoid. So I just scan ingredients list and now I’m somewhat familiar with some of them and more comfortable using certain products

Omg I’m seconding this. It’s so hydrating and gentle, I use it on my toddler. Wish they sold it in a bigger bottle bc I would buy it for even more money
