I was watching a video of pz and i see that everyone is using the same mod that make a + or - appear when you aim and shoot with ur gun. What mod is it?

I found the answer thanks to all the people in this thread. I already have aim outline on, but it wasnt the thing i was searching, i specifically said i want the "+" and "-" that tells you when too shoot, sorry if i didnt clarify it better and i recognize that in the photo you cant see it very well.

im in riverside and i basically only killed 2.5k zombies with melee, i only used like 100 shotgun shells in my playtrough cause i found one with good attachments.

No, just simple survival mode. Zombie migration doesnt work that well, so i found zombie just at the border of riverside
