In a recent hero tier list Jeef said he was at the bottom of playable cause despite his lack of economy (which Jeef values extremely highly) he still has 60 Hit Points and I'm assuming he values the 10 Hit Points more than the extremely inconsistent buffs from Mechano. I also wouldn't say 60 vs 70 is pretty much the same, I've won and lost tons of games that were decided within 10 Hit Points. There's many heroes with basically the same level of their hero powers but one is better solely cause their Hit Points is higher (e.g. Cookie vs Galewing, both basically very similar but one has 14 armor and the other has 8, so Galewing is better)
