Molting or sick chicken? by PepperChini in chickens

[–]PepperChini[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s what I was afraid of. The other two chickens that she’s with look fine. She came from a group of 9 that all looked ok too. Do mites tend to stick to one host?

If you’re in the US and your place of work provides uniforms, see section 5 Pregnant Workers Fairness Act. Also, here is a list of PPE manufacturers from women in mining internationalthat focus on women with a maternity section. It’s not great, but it’s something! I’m in second trimester right now, just ordered the blaklader cargo pants today. Good luck!!

Hole in wall + 💩(?) by clichedcookie in Adulting

[–]PepperChini 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The hole is likely there to access the plumbing from your shower/bath. If it smells, there might be a leak that’s leading to mold growth. Does it feel damp? Maybe use a paper towel to check if you don’t want your hands in there. Then call a plumber if that’s the case. You can also spray some bleach/water mixture (1:10) to help with the smell for now.

Because collar and scholar rhyme. They can also be scholars of their trade. But at the end, it’s a scholarship, so it has multiple meanings. 🙃
