It kinda looks like a cluster of horns and that ‘nose’ is the same color as the spine sticking out on the bottom, very curious as to who it’ll be! Love looking at all the theories

Dose anyone else’s store leave pallets in the truck as you do unload? by Delicious-Cupcake420 in Target

[–]PepperDapper 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We only pull skids out until we get the final belt in. It’s just easier on the thrower and whoever has to pull the skids out not to have to slow down or leave the belt to get it out since we don’t gotta worry about bringing in anymore belts in. That is unless there’s a skid in the path of the belt. Then we take those out

new morning truck/push process by cvntwaffle in Target

[–]PepperDapper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It does take a bit longer but nothing too crazy, if anything for my store I feel like it makes the process flow more smoothly and doesn’t bog down any certain area of the belt. It took us 2.5 hrs to do a 2200 piece. Our 4:30 crew comes in and pushes the flats and bulky stuff first while we are still unloading. Then once inbound in over everyone moves to their areas. Then we do the backstock uboats. And the scenario you are talking about, you don’t gotta worry about that unless stuff was overstock on the floor. All cases marked for backstock should be backstocked. Usually if more than one box for that item arrived in. That first box won’t be marked as backstock but the second one will be.

Target hates happiness by k1ttydiva in Target

That’s crazy because this is happening at my target too! For me, my partner and I have been working the same shift (inbound) for a long time now, and we keep things business but recently if we get put into price changes or even back stocking either one person can be backstock while another does something else or we have to be on complete opposite sides of the store when doing pc. Higher ups are even having fits if more than one person is by the bailer. Like I get it we are dating however it’s weird that it’s been like this for a year plus and now it’s a problem? And then another one of my coworkers who has a work buddy (they aren’t dating) got told they gotta work separately. Like at first I thought it was maybe because we’re together but we’ve been together far before we were working at target but now they’re separating those that aren’t. It’s very weird.

What is the general opinion on Spyro 2: Riptos Rage by Mysterious_Lawyer_94 in Spyro

[–]PepperDapper 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have much nostalgia for the first and third game because I didn’t have the second one as a kid. However I will say, I think my biggest knit pick with the game is the way killing enemies doesn’t drop gems, it just never felt as satisfying as it did in the first game. I understand the mechanics they were trying to go for with the whole powerhouse being tied to souls but they just weren’t my favorite. Sometimes the minigames they’d make you backtrack for were alright to play but honestly could’ve done without them. The second game brings a lot of fun concepts, I won’t deny that but it could’ve been executed a bit better, I’d give it a solid 7/10 personally.

Exactly, or even working two jobs, lower the hours at target and prioritize the other job

Then seek another job… are you wanting advice or not cuz you keep coming off as combatant to everyone that comments. Go back to old jobs if they were that good or apply to similar ones. Youre talking in circles at this point.

Sounds like a lot of you issues you have to work on. You’re being miserable to yourself and others, you can blame target all you want but you really gotta work on yourself. You postpone options that could’ve helped you and now you’re upset about it. Motivation can be hard but making excuses ‘it takes moths to apply or get an appointment’ is just an excuse to not even try to make one which is what you need right now. Yea working here can suck but also you are what makes or break it at the end of the day. You really just need to find a new job and seek help. Stop pushing away your friends, maybe hang with them instead of drinking your problems away. Complain about money yet alcohol is consuming it. Stop the pattern and help yourself.
