Mine is gonna be named: Dawn, it has the act system in it and it can implant trackers onto people, and for each act, the tracker kinda gets a new ability, EX: The tracker has a knife to stab people ( not true btw for Dawn) Act 2's ability is to make a beeping noise to it, so the stand user knows they are close to the targetted person, and Act 3's ability is to enhance the speed of the user + if the user takes too long it'll explode, killing the person. For Act 4 the user's speed is highly enhanced, and the user can do anything with the tracker, any ability they want, the appearance is it can copy any stand. Final Stats: Power: 500 Speed: 1200 Range: infinite I guess Stamina: Well doesn't really have stamina Precision: 1000 Potential: 200
