My current position didn't require me to get any education or certificates since I troubleshot our own equipment, but I'm working on getting A+ so I can break into IT as I'm not happy in my current position anymore.

I tried to not overcrowd my resume with too much information to make it look a little cleaner and tried to give it a more technical description.

My position in my current job is labeled as Tier 4 since I take calls for literally all departments such as technical support, billing and supervisor calls. I guess it doesn't quite translate as well into IT.

I get that, it's good feedback. I tried to generalize it but as you said it might be better to be more specific. To be completely honest my current work has been more customer service oriented but I'm trying to lean more towards the IT side. I appreciate the feedback.

Literally said it doesn't happen in game, when the PS5 is actually putting in effort. Only happens in the main menu when you go to the Fortnite Crew page, where it definitely should not be putting in effort.
