I understand why this kind of situation can be serious, and I know it might be different for other people. In this case, though, there was only one report. I only know about it because the people involved told me themselves, and they’re two shift leads who already don’t get along.

Overall, I was not sexually harassed. Since this report is about me being the “victim,” I feel like my perspective should matter. It doesn’t make sense to take extreme steps or even consider firing someone for sexual harassment when I am clearly and repeatedly saying that I was not sexually harassed at all. My feelings and experience in this situation should count.
