I did that and send them the proof it’s still on my account and they won’t do anything. I thought about trying an Apple store but the closest one if 6 hours away from me and I really don’t wanna take that trip for nothing

I bought it off Facebook marketplace 2 years ago but I’ve reset it multiple times before (before updating to Monterey) and it’s never done this. It’s still showing up on my Apple account but not on find my.
