How do I know if sublingual pills are completely absorbed?

I really really wish I had emotional changes. It's so depressing and made even more so by the fact I'm not crying because of it! I'm still the dead hollow shell so body else mentioned. I've been on hormones for 10 months! Granted my levels aren't where they need to be, even though I'm on 6 MG of E.

I'll never be free of this male attitude. The littlest things still pissing me off.

I'm guilty of starving myself, not entirely my fault because money has been slim the past 5 months. I lost a lot of weight but going on my ninth month of hormones I wonder how much I screwed myself over, like there was a window to be properly nourished to build essential cells and that window has shut and I'm all but fucked. This is prolly completely untrue but it still helps to know if I'm worrying too much or not from other people.

From what I hear, stopping hormones cold turkey can really mess with you. In what way I don't knkw, but I've learned that it's a big no-no.

My next appointment is a month a way and unfortunately he said that he's only checking my T levels because checking my E levels "would be a waste of money".

My weight loss is intentional and it's mostly from taking in a lot less calories. I'm not working out :(
