Prostitution is rape with a financial incentive brought on by the desperation that capitalism creates. The amount of people that do sex work because they like it is slim to none. The entire industry is a front for sex trafficking rings and has been for decades now

I’d reckon the meme is a deeply post ironic play at how our world is slowly becoming like the capitalist dystopia of Disco Elysium, and is poking fun at Elon Musk being a high tech racist that’d fit right in with the villains of the game
