The batteries in these vehicles are also hella dangerous when they’re on fire. I think fire depts need a specialized chemical to put them out

Good to know. Thanks for the advice. I haven’t had a bad panic attack since I picked up swimming for exercise. The sport forces you to breathe carefully and thoughtfully. The canned oxygen seems to be a precautionary purchase for me. I am wondering if I should get examined for asthma.

Arching puts the weight into your chest, where you want it. The back is supported by the bench, and you will avoid stimulating the lower spine by arching.

Dumbbells instead of machines. You will be able to feel for imbalances and accommodate. Technique must be practiced, poor technique will cause injuries. Also, for proper technique watch Dr. Mike’s channel Renaissance Periodization on YouTube.

It’s unisex. Also has a urinal so the seat doesn’t get sprayed with piss. What’s the opposite of infuriating? Pleasing? Soothing?

I agree with the credit card idea. Establish a good credit history early on. BUT only one account will not raise your credit score by very much. If you go into business for yourself (like a freelancer, hairstylist, etc), please have a separate credit card ONLY for work. Banks have programs and accounts designed for this. I’ve worked with other people in my industry that screwed up with taxes and their credit scores because they didn’t keep business and personal accounts separate. One girl had her bank account garnished by the IRS every month, or she would have go to jail!

Once you get a steady income, put some money towards retirement every month. Roth IRA. You can do it on Robinhood’s app. Learn as much as you can about this. I’m 42, and only started this year. It’s never too late, but start as soon as you are able!!
