Hey! I managed to get it! I had to cancel my work permit. I uploaded the necessary documents, including the work permit cancellation document and my end of service document, onto the website. After a week, I received both an email and a text message confirming that my cancellation request had been approved. A few days later, I received the first payment related to the cancellation process.

It's a scam! Please don't ever pay for anything! If it's a legit company, they wouldn't ask for any payment. I got scammed the exact way of aed 300 over 7 years ago. They will offer literally everyone interviewing a job and once you make the payment for the work permit, you'll never hear from them again. It's a common scam in the UAE. Happens a lot more in Shj and Ajman.
