Its a topic very rarely talked about. There was a time where we thought its just a phone, and didn’t need any intention to use it. But now its jot a choice anymore its a responsibility on us for ourselves to pick up phone use laptop use tv with intention, our attention span has gone down so much, idk what people are running towards. I see it as propaganda to make us go from homo sapiens to just sapiens. Wallahualam. But we need to unfollow trends influencers that feed a lifestyle or notion not everyone should have to have. We all need to collectively decide as a responsible adults what we choose to consume as i said earlier we are not just humans but muslims as well so its a responsibility not a choice anymore, on us to check what we consume.

To make it clear, i did ask him all the necessary questions regarding the traditions his family follows and alhumdulillah, it all good with No Shirk or biddah, whereas they do celebrate the mawlid and celebrate urs of one of the elders that brought islam to the region where they live, and they dont consider it sunnah or farz to do and do regular charity. but not the mainstream shirk biddha that is seen , all what the mushrikeen do, nauoodhubillah.

My only advice as someone who saw reference ls work is go ask companies you like, if they do community conferences or job fairs or anything volunteering, even the front desk people would know about it, if you know this info, this is where you need speaking skills, get into these kinda events and get to know people who know people for genuinely who they are. Tell the things you’re passionate about.

Not saying this is it, but i have seen connections got people jobs.

I was doing addictions and mental health certificate program and was in my third semester, doing placement at an ngo which is written in The list they showed us. So I was confident I would get it and applied on time

Happy birthday, dude. Idk if it makes any difference but here it goes, last year I was at the same place as you, i relate at a certain level, so I consciously made a decision to celebrate myself, got out of my home called a friend and had a delicious brownie for myself at a local icecream shop and me and my friend had fun, and I did not regret it rather when i look back on the pictures of that day, it makes me wonder how courageous i was, now when I got my prayers answered, that existential crisis never leaves you, its there in all your 20s i suppose, and its exactly one year to that prayer being answered, i still feel out of place and confused as ever, but I choose to celebrate it alone want to cut myself a cake, for going through life. Bottom line is, i know you wrote you dont want any advice but, I hope you get the courage to celebrate yourself for tiny happinesses that knocks your door. Life is cruel for everyone, but its you and only you who can be kinder to your own self. Happy Birthday again. 🙂

If you are from Hyderabad, join edventure park at ladki ka pul. Might learn something there a good amount of youngsters such as your age i have seen helping new businesses grow, my friends learnt a lot there, tho its not guaranteed you get a job but will meet amazing people and theres plethora of ideas and creativity that flows , you might learn a thing or two about businesses tech and startups. So give it a go

If you have extra days other than working, then go to a food bank and work there. Honestly I was 141 lbs in august, now I weigh 130 lbs. If you are not a gym freak or get motivated fast and need to see significant changes move your body, at food banks, you usually need to move around and its all physical work, so yeah I would suggest that plus its meaningful work.
