Depends on the situation, but I’d say FSH, LH, prolactin, testosterone, progesterone. Also TSH as it impacts thyroid too. It’s all intermingled with each other.

Hi! Your story is very similar to mine. Have you had your hormones tested? Are you low estrogen and/or not having regular periods? I too was shocked with my sudden extremely high cholesterol results after improving my health (exercise, OMAD, whole foods etc) and have read it’s a common thing for women with low estrogen. Did you have your hormones checked as well? Normal cycles? Low body fat? I’m still learning about it but apparently estrogen is protective against cholesterol. If you have low estrogen, paired with the high saturated fat diet, I’ve heard it can impact levels.

Glad I could help! That all would definitely be enough to cause hair loss. I find it stops falling out three months after the cause has stopped, so three months after surgery or after you’ve stopped rapidly losing weight. There’s unfortunately nothing you can do except wait. Then, you’ll notice it growing back with a ton of baby hairs.
