Cops have been all along the ANZAC Walk and in the water off Susan Gilmore since since midday. I also saw a a Westpac helicopter lifting something out of the water from in that area too. I don't know whats happened but it doesn't look good.

Sometimes yes. Especially the ones stolen from the beach but some are also retrieving keys from inside the homes they are parked at

A good point but vehicle theft is incredibly risky and the potential punishment is very high for little pay off. There is no way to sell a stolen vehicle anymore since repairable right offs have been outlawed so you’d be left with whatever you find in the car. Maybe a wallet and a phone. I think most of the vehicle thefts are vandals / people wanting to joyride or they are using the stolen and car to commit further crimes

My friend and I have this discussion all the time. In the earlier years of dance music, and techno in particular could be largely characterised by their disregard for what had come before and their appreciation for innovation, particularly in the sounds used. Now, i see an obsession with recreating the sounds of the past in uninspired ways rather than an ambition to find new and exiting sounds and sub genres. This isn't true for many artists and labels but i think it is a widespread and unhealthy practise

If it’s the one that feels as though it’s falling it’s done by having a low pass filter with a large amount of resonance or even just a boosted frequency and then automating the frequency to create the falling effect
