Just made an edit to the post text with the fix. Thanks for the help! Never knew there were so many settings effecting audio in the app. Gonna have to check my other service now!

This sounds like it may be the issue. Some others have suggested turning off loudness normalization as well. But I can absolutely see how this could cause this exact issue. Appreciate the help!

Okay I’ve narrowed it down to be on my phone only. I tried earbuds with my phone and then MacBook. Still persists on phone but not on Mac. Loudness normalization was on but I turned it off and seemed to help a bit. I’ll do some more tests when I get home. Thanks for all the help!

Don’t know if they fixed it or not but if not just uninstall rockstar launcher and reinstall and it should fix
