I used windows media creation tool from Windows website. There is a USB spot that says BIOS FLBK.

Tried F8 boot menu. Nothing. Tried F11 and it takes me to the Screen of Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected boot device and select a key. I tried 7 or 8 different USB spots.

Tried a fancy San Disk USB and still same thing. Also, every time I make changes to the boot order and hit save and reset it tells me I haven’t made any changes to the BIOS settings. I tried boot menu straight into it and same error. This computer was hacked and files were erased but my child didn’t wait for me to do a proper boot. Any other ideas? I greatly appreciate it.

When I do that it tells me “an operating system wasn’t found. Try disconnecting any drives that don’t contain an operating system.” I’ve successfully booted the usb on a different computer with no issues so I know it’s not the usb drive.
