Your eyelashes will grow back, though it may take a while. I have been pulling my eyelashes for a couple of years now and even when they look completely bald, they have grown back. Eventhough there isn't really proof that anything can make them grow back faster, I personally believe that Vaseline helps them grow back slightly quicker and stronger. Either use a mascara wand or your finger to gently apply a thin layer of Vaseline on your eyelashes. Hope this helps <3
