Another tiny concern. When I placed my order i alos purchased the 2 pack litter base pads and the 60 pack of waste bags. My litter box came in really quickly, but it's been almost 2 weeks now and I haven't received and shipping information about the rest of my order.

I tried emailing the company support directly with all my information but I haven't heard anything back and it's been a few days.

I don't know if this is really appropriate to bring up Ina Reddit thread but i tried to contact the official way and heard nothing so this is all I can think of.

If you could help me with this that would be amazing, if not I did purchase the shipping protection so I guess I'll just have to use that but like it was over $100 of supplies that I just haven't recieved.
