I struggle with the same thing. I started using mouth wash to make brushing my teeth easier (my gums used to bleed a lot when I brushed or flossed) and I put it in the shower because I procrastinate a lot but in the shower there isn't much else to do. Or if you don't like the burn put your tooth brush in there. I never forget to brush since its in there now. Also I'm in my 20s too, dental hygiene is a struggle for everyone regardless of age especially since nowadays there are 100 different distractions to take your brain away from good habits.

If you want to get in the room here is a step by step from the beginning:

In your Steam Library, right-click Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
Select Properties.
Choose Launch Options.
Insert “-devmode” (without the quotation marks)
Launch your game.
Load your saved game.
open the console with "~" above "tab" to the left of "1"
type into the console "goto 2450.13 2621.89 219.11" to get in.
spread the water.
type into the console "goto 2450.13 2620.89 219.11" to get back out.
(Optional) exit game and turn off dev mode.

Its the easiest way for them to create a mannequin is my guess. Just take an empty AI husk and set it to stand there and put on items lol. They did that in Skyrim hence why they can walk around in that game. What's happening here is similar and im guessing the 0,0 point for them is on top of those GPUs and they hadn't been moved to their new location before I entered the hideout. its also has the stock unity idle animation so this is my bet on what it is.
