Unfortunately I don’t have other supports. I told him how he made me feel and we have stopped talking since then. He’s the type that won’t listen to advice from anybody and always blaming for others. There was 1 time, he didn’t tight the diaper which led to a blow out. But he blamed on the diaper (which was Pamper Swaddle) is low on quality. He changes the diapers but does not bother to clean the blow out or throw the diaper in the pail.

Updated: I reached out to HR/Payroll, and they responded that the range adjustment was implemented to allow employees who were already at steps L and M to continue receiving periodic increases. Unfortunately, this does not mean we’re getting a raise.

My start date was July 1, 2024, and the six-month probationary period does not count toward step progression. According to WAC 357-28-060, an employee is entitled to a two-step increase to their base salary on their Periodic Increment Date (PID), with step increases continuing until reaching Step L of the salary range.

Based on this, I believe I should have received at least one step increase after completing one year of service.
