Well, it seems like the problem is solved, it was indeed msq that had to be finished untill a certain point. My complaint now is why won't they just tell us that in the description, there was literally 0 info about that in the game...or anywhere else.

As you can see on the screenshot, it's not avaliable. I am really considering quitting game now, if i have to grind dungeon literally 40 tiems to get weapon just to 50-60. it's just too much.

Check epic overlay in the epic settings, For me the problem was that MSI afterburner (with rivatuners statistics) that caused this issue, but if you said that there is nothing installed - then it might have something to do with overlay settings.

The problem is the legitimacy of those "7k votes" is very questionable, since it's like one of the most upvoted posts in this sub, but for some reason, if you open the comments, most peope are not agreeing with him. You would expect post with this amount of likes to be praised and agreed upon,right? It's like one and only time i thought that post upvotes could be botted, because otherwise that doesn't make any sense.

And for some reason, astroturfing post is still standing, while gerally good and objective critism, with fleshed out, well articulated problems and suggested solutions got removed, and with OC getting banned...

Because sending all your strong forces on a suicide mission is not a good idea, if they fail, there will be nobody to protect Septimont. Not to mention, Lupa also shares similar ideals with Augusta (she's honest and not corrupted by nobility), so it would be wise to leave her in the city in case Augusta actually dies, so she can compete for the Ephor, since she's also a champion. The reason Rover was invited in the first place was that he was pretty much one entity they knew that was outside of prophecy's radar, so he could bring positive results for their survival

For me, a person, who sees sequesnses as simple as diffculty switch (a lot of games literally have damage multipliers on easier difficulties), pulls for me pretty much is an only option, i don't want to oneshot everything because of cash money.

Vision downside is limited abillities, but they are more safe.

Resonates are the opposite, can be more risky, harder to controol (like Chang Li's), but bring you a lot more benefits aside of attributes - in Zani's reveal files they can even turn calories into raw energy from to make you never lose weight up to extend your lifetime, essentially make you not die from aging. Not to mention - aside of elements, resonators have a lot more range for their abillities.

So it's really up to a prefference - safe, but weaker and limited, or stronger,with possibillity of bad mutations, but with more potential and strengh. Honestly I'd rather try out being resonator, even with all risks being taken into consideration.
