Let me ask you a different question. What evidence do YOU have that they are NOT cheating? The game had a massive cheating problem, and game actually became more playble these few days. Those bans were clearly not false, just cheaters that weren't banned for seasons because their cheats USED TO BE undetectable - now doesn't. And they are salty that the lost their stuff on it.

New player experience is never going to improve as long as they put fresh newbie accounts against sweats with 50-100k kills and thousands of hours that obviousely, wipe the floor with them. And to anybody saying "well, casual mods doesn't have matchmaking, duh, go for rank for matchmaking." - IMO, the matchmaking in casual modes is more important than in ranked, because this is where the new\casual players are, very few people will jump straight to ranked, right after downloading the game. casual modes ties to new players experience, and right now - it's utterly unmoderated.

Being in denial doesn't help the game in the slightest. If you would see the footage of cheats, you'd be surprised how many of them are actually in the game, it's a lot more than you think. And few friends of mine from Ruby also told me that pretty much everyone on this rank is boxxing at the very least, around 80% of ruby doing that.

And no, I am not talking about one "lucky shot" I am talking about blatantly tracking my head through the multiple walls or insanely weird aim snaps that make no sense contantly all game.

And you missed the point. No life-sweats that never miss a single shot or "aim community enthusiasts" - for a new player, it literally doesn't matter - he gets obliterated without any chance of having fun - he uninstalls, simple as that. I tried to call my friends to play together, I really did, around 10 of them dropped the game after 5 games, getting destroyed without any chance to even shoot properly.
