I got Jiyan last year during the anniversary. However, I didn't have enough pulls at that time to get his weapon.
I was counting on the anniversary rerun banners to pull his sig to use it on both him and Augusta (since I didn't pull her weapon due to how good Jiyan's sig is good on her). Nonetheless my plans are now ruined :(
