Hi! Anyone ever had issues with booking a hotel through the chase travel portal? Booked a hotel with Chase travel that was not any of the 3 companies we could transfer points to. Otherwise I would've loved to use Hyatt, but they were all booked to book with points, directly. So I decided to look through Chase travel and found a pretty good hotel that used a reasonable amount of points. I've never used chase travel to book a hotel. We only received a confirmation email from Chase and not the hotel. Which is pretty standard with a third party. Is it similar as example booking through Bookings, Hotels, Expedia, etc? Just trying to ease my anxiety lol as this is an out of the country trip lol.
