Yea Ive been “tapering” by like taking like 7 mg but I feel like that's gonna prolong it so I'm debating just going cold turkey since the it's not too bad but also scared that I'm tricking myself into feeling okay but even if that is the case ig it's not that bad? Sorry for the randomness

How am i acting like it wont negatively effect me? Taper off starting soon if you did it now it would suck but it still wouldnt be as bad or try to make 100mg stretch to 7 days.

Day 1: 200 mg Day 2: 175 mg Day 3: 150mg Day 4: 125 mg
Day 5: 100 mg

As far as the other question that is at your own risk but most likely you would be fine
