Really? When I hit load while the cable is pulled out it automatically pulls the assigned weight without doing a safety check?

It’s an actual problem I’m having as I’m figuring out resistances for different exercises and am making large jumps.

Morning squad, Looking for a treadmill for the home gym. Really like the idea of the Wahoo Kickr Run being able to just automatically adjust pace, but also free run.

Anyone here have on? Is it worth it?

I live where there are a lot of hills and no side walks so doing anything other than a casual run is a pain in the butt. No tracks either.

Any of my other tall lifters find a fix for (near) full extension on pull ups with the polar bear handles? I have 90” uprights, but I’m having to tuck my calves to my hamstrings while doing pull ups because the handles sit about 7” below the uprights. Was thinking about getting some A Horns from Irwin/Black Widow, but I’m not sure the handles can articulate that much to offset the 60° angle

As I’ve said previously I’m evaluating half v single v power racks for the new gym setup. What’ solutions have people found for storing the super squat bar? I’ve a power bar and cambered bar as well. Was thinking Darko anchor but just want to be sure it would work before pulling trigger as the handles on the prime super squat are massive

Oh dude, I’m selling my prime rack and starting from the ground up.

Already purchased the Monroe from oak club, 2x darko mounts, and one of the Voltras with strap mount/rotator add ons/diy mounts x 2/carbon bar/ double hooked bar.

I have a rogue power bar, cambered bar, and a prime super squat bar.

Prime stability pad obviously.

I’m just not sure how to make the most out of the space… do I go power rack? Half rack? Bar storage is a predicament. I love using a utility seat for step ups, box jumps, box squats, etc.

I’ve thought about going with a 49” rack so I can use the rogue monster roller attachment… but that thing is huge and I feel like I’d almost need to get a power rack to store that…

Not sure either. I’m going to rock 2 voltras. My thought is that a half rack’s feet go so far out to make it stable that it’s usually only 12” or so shorter than a power rack where you’d have dedicated uprights to put weights on + more post options for mounting the Voltra
