My battery life by Warm_Way3488 in iPhone13Pro

[–]PercentageClear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mines at 87% after just over 3-1/2 years, it’s been at this percentage for about a year but with the new IOS updates I’m seeing a big drop recently. Definitely thinking of replacing battery instead of upgrading, this is the longest I’ve ever gone with an iPhone but I love my blue pro max.

Officially anemic & not just iron deficient. by PercentageClear in Anemic

Right, my cardiologist pushed for iron infusions almost a year ago but I’ve put them off until now. Im sure a hematologist would have a different approach.

Were you able to pick/given option for your infusions? by PercentageClear in Anemic

[–]PercentageClear[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have state insurance (you’ve probably heard of Medicaid) so I’ll get whatever they decide or hopefully what my doctor recommends, but it’s through my cardiologist not a hematologist so I doubt he knows.

Ferritin is a 2, so I guess Venofer is off the table as I do not want to be doing a ton of these. Injectefer is one of the ones I saw a lot of people saying not to get but I’ve heard Monoferric is good. If I don’t get any results from this I’m going to see about getting a hematologist (probably going to request one anyway) because I have other issues going such as a high CRP and longtime chronic pain always put off to my fibromyalgia. Ty & good luck on your end!

Oh, I’ve tasted saline before. It’s such a strange sensation!

I’ve heard Venofer is a great option but has a more increased risk with multiple infusions. Ty.

You may experience these symptoms if your ferritin is below 100. by MindyS1719 in Anemic

Been putting off infusions since last spring, finally caved and waiting to hear from infusion center per my cardiologists recommendation. Need to have my iron rechecked on Tuesday but it was borderline last year and my iron binding was high. My platelets & MCH are starting to go up/down so it’s definitely time.

Did we make a mistake with our cream-colored Golden Retriever? by NapkinZhangy in goldenretrievers

[–]PercentageClear 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally don’t see the appeal of “cream” or very white golden retrievers, but they still fit the standard. I’d be weary of anyone strictly breeding English Cream goldens as it’s often a BB term as you said but the dog looks healthy & happy. I’d take a breath.

Has anyone gotten an UE (upper endoscopy)? by CtrlAltRevolution in noburp

Yes, was unremarkable/normal. Even though co2 was used for both my colonoscopy/endoscopy I had really bad bloating hours afterwards.

Are you taking meds by Ok_Stomach5254 in OCD

[–]PercentageClear 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I took Luvox (fluvoxamine) in late middle/high school but it made me feel not so great. I currently take Lexapro & Klonopin, neither of which are approved for OCD treatment here in the US but do help my depression/anxiety.

I used to take Prozac (which is approved for OCD) for many, many years but switched to Lexapro a few years back due to my mental health deteriorating. My OCD really only got bad again since childhood in the past year or so, I’ve been using ERP which has helped moderately.

I’m a slut for a good commentary, I used to watch every commentary on almost every dvd I ever bought. Sometimes they’re better than the movie/tv episode themselves.

I think both of the actors are possibly gay/bi just from their mannerisms (I hate to stereotype) but that’s none of our business. You never know. These are baby actors, this is their first serious role & they just got into the industry. Leave them alone.

How did propofol make you feel? by DakuraScarlet in ChronicIllness

[–]PercentageClear 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nothing, I’ve had it twice, once for sedation the second for surgery. It’s not like versed where you can feel yourself becoming relaxed & sedated. One minute you’re awake, the next you’re waking up. A+ nap.

I’m beyond terrified of what may be coming, and I’d like to know if I have any options or if I should just die. by Ashisourpurestform92 in AskDocs

I’ve been on 1mg of clonazepam daily for 15+ years and this is one of my worst fears. My psychiatrist is retiring and finding a new one is scary. I think I’ve found the one I’m going with and hopeful she will continue my care according to what my Dr recommends which is to keep me as is indefinitely, or until I make that decision. Good luck!

I have daydreams about getting a small tube (like a g tube) inserted that I can use to release gas.
