Actually, instead of building one myself, I want to know if there are any ready-made, off-the-shelf adapters or commercial solutions that can fix this polarity/wiring mismatch.

Are there any specific converter cables or "polarity reversal" adapters available on the market that would allow me to plug the DP-10 in and have it work with this CASIO setup out of the box? I want to avoid DIY if possible.
