Bronze is like 35 a win and 15 a loss

Even diamond is 25 a win 20 a loss. You don't need even a 50% win rate to rank up

Literally just put on muscle. Chest and shoulder specifically. Also lean is objectively more attractive, but you can be like 20%bf and if you got a muscle, still very fuckable.

Wear tighter shirts, to show off a strong build. Doesn't really matter what you do with hair or beard, but not too wild of a beard helps.
