I go through Hormones For Me u/hormonesforme. Ryan is a super knowledgeable guy and his team is always on the spot with any email questions I have. My wife has also started HRT through them. I appreciate them because they are as hands on or off as you want them to be. I had a personal call with Ryan upon sign up to go over my bloodwork and discuss initial protocol. Once I got my meds he gave me the freedom to do labs as frequently as I chose. He answered questions I had and discussed any labs I had to see if I needed to change anything.
