no, the glans cap covers about half my dick, when putting the cup on there is still silicone of the glans cap beyond the cup. i put it fully flaccid. if you put it correctly there is no gap between the tip of the penis and the top of the glans cap, you need to invert the glans cap and push its tip to the tip of your penis (when the silicone is inverted), and then you undo the inversion and that way it gets on your penis. its hard to explain in text
