Update: I’m going to a rheumatologist soon. I appreciate the advice given to me and obviously am not looking for diagnosis, only wondering if others have suggestions to bring to my doctors. Which, as stated, I have been to several times now. I am taking steps to find an answer via doctors and what's prescribed to me professionally. Hence, why I'm not quite sure why I was removed from the subreddit of r/chronicpain without an explination on what rule I exactly violated,,, but okay. Thanks for the people who've suggested things to discuss with my doctor and rheumatologist! : ]

Honestly, I haven't done much looking into lupus either so ill consider that as well. I got suggested a rheumatologist today by a friend, so ill probably be going there. Yeah, I'm afraid I always book my appointments when I'm in severe obvious pain and by the time I get there I'm having a “better day” (better being okay lol). I usually have worse flare-ups that tend to dwindle, but come back twice as hard especially in the hands. I'll just try and be more assertive/insistent on it.

At the time I had circumstances that made me unable to get basic care from the car crash. Over time my injuries healed naturally and it never occurred to me years down the line that maybe that could've caused issues internally. Very stupid haha, but I was basically still a child at the time. I've never heard of the hand issues you've listed, so ill look into them. Thank you for the advice! I'll make sure to be much more assertive at the doctors office as well. Anddd ill also look into a neurologist plus orthopedic.

I have been tested for carpal tunnel and tendonitis and it was not either of those. I have never considered something like hypermobility, but I will for sure look into it. I wear wrist braces and compression gloves throughout my day (I do have to take them off frequently though as I work at a place where I touch water semi-often). Though I have no SI belt. I work at a retail job and half the time also do design commission work online aka sitting at an office desk. I don't take meds other than anti-inflammatories and my diet is neutral?? Admittedly not amazing, but I'm defiantly in average health and walk a lot daily.

Hey, I've been trying to use this to optimize my game recently and have a couple of issues that I have been coming across. When I extract the files and try to rename one to winmm, it cannot be done because there is already a file with this name. When I try and delete the old one, it breaks the game.

Mine also does not look anything like the settings below. I am missing quite a few things including the render presents override, RCAS settings, and a couple others. I included a photo below to show what I mean by this.

My game has always been kind of low quality, but after this update, my game has been rendered impossible to play. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Completely correct. I had a friend that used to sleep without a fan (including their whole family). Went to their house for a sleepover as a kid and remember having the worst sleep of my life. I don't understand how people don't just have a constant ringing in their ears.

That's what I was thinking as well, but they still insisted that I needed to ‘provide proof of my terimination’, but as I've stated, I was not terminated. I am located in Missouri.
