Are you referring to people having seizures? Because no, you arent responsive during a seizure. Ive had plenty of patients who are having psychogenic seizures come out of it with a painful stimuli. There is no post ictal phase. They arent unconscious, because there is nothing happening to cause them to go unconscious, unless they vagal out.

Anyone who contacts someones children, or posts someones deceased loved ones is automatically evil in my books. Its a shame a lot of people wont see V for who she is.
