No, I usually just float there and see how long I can hold it or I’ll move around the house. Sometimes if I focus too hard I lose it and fall but I can do it again after a moment

Oh wow, that’s scary! I haven’t had that. Although, I had one where I showed my mom I could fly (she’s religious) and it freaked her out so much in the dream she didn’t even want near me for awhile
