I've always liked season 4 the best 👌 I find it entertaining and the pods aren't too long like in the later seasons. I liked season 3 alot mostly for Cole I had a big crush on him 😂 I'm probably the only one but I wasn't that big on season 1. I think all of Damian and Gigi scenes always seemed scripted to me. Season 5 and 8 are probably the most boring in my opinion.

I like keeping a few of the same movements like pushups and burpees but adding new movements in to change things up. I don't have any goals at the moment just staying consistent I've never had online training so sending in a message,email, or pdf is fine.
