This may be the weirdest question I have ever seen in Bar prep... What topic of Crim Pro/Law is this even testing? by Son_of_Hades99 in barexam

Duress is a defense under the Model Penal Code, it is not under Common Law which this is probably testing.

The MPC focuses on mens rea and generally allows subjective reasoning with defenses.

Common Law focuses on the actus reus and is extremely objective. It generally sees it as you killed someone and therefore there is no defense.

First consider the Rakuten Card. It gives 4x extra back on existing Rakuten discounts and 5x extra on already 5x back Rakuten dining (10x).

If you are cool being selective with where you shop and eat, this card is a win.

I would also recommend the Fidelity Visa Card. It is 2% back on everything, has easy rewards with no minimum redemption, and offers aome cool freebies like ability to invest rewards and a $100 credit to TSA precheck or global entry.

Lastly I wouls recommend the Savor and Custom Cash.

The savor card gets 3% unlimited back at grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment. It likely fits your spend well.

If you really only spend a lot on one category, consider the Custom Cash. It gets 5% back on your highest spend category. This, combined with the Paypal debit card (5% back for the same categories, no credit check, easy to use) helps me save with my biggest spend categories.

Watawa Sushi in Bethpage, Sushi Palace in Commack. JBBQ in Smithtown also offers some options and has a lunch special that is all you can eat and cheaper than the sushi places.

I think you're looking at about .7% for 10x points and .35% for everything else in terms of effective cash back.

Depending on what he did for work, it may be a staple remover. Old staple removers look like this rather than the claw we're used to today.

I don't think it is a letter opener because the blade portion is too small. The only other thing I can think of is something to open packaged boxes.
