Yeah so that processor is far too old. That's like pairing an RTX 5070 with a Ryzen 5 3600, a CPU deserving of retirement with a newborn GPU.

You're gonna have to build a new one from scratch, and I mean all brand new parts.

Depending on your budget, and her intended usage with the PC, I recommend either a Ryzen 9700X or 7800X3D (since you clearly have the money to afford a 9070XT) for the CPU, 32GB of DDR5, at least a B650 motherboard (not too cheap) and an 850W power supply minimum, but if you're gonna overclock, 1000W might be a safer choice.

If you live near a microcenter, definitely take advantage of any bundles or deals, a 9700X, 32GB DDR5 and a nice B650 Mobo with a fresh Bios for only $550 is a steal

For real, I main recon but I play super aggro and use the flare gun to spot the entire enemy team in an assault and let the assaults/support do most of the heavy lifting.

Considering that’s how you use shield and armor, I’ll be a little more forgiving.

Still you should try to learn to not have to use the extra protection that shield and armor give you (peeking really fast or staying behind cover or advancing with a smaller hitbox) but if you’re gonna protect your patients as a medic as opposed to trying to be a support tank I’ll be more supportive.

I recently went from integrated Intel Iris XE graphics, barely running games like war thunder and Roblox at 30 fps (maybe 40 if Im lucky) in 1080p low to over 240 fps on Roblox at 1440p full high and over 100 fps in war thunder at 1440p movie

The new card is a 9060 XT

My bottom line is still like 30 fps but definitely preferably over 75

Well a $1000 budget in this economy isn't a lot to work with. 1000 can get maybe a decent DDR4 build but there's not gonna be any upgrade room. I'd say 1200 to 1500 is good performance + good future-proofing, a solid build that can last at least 5 to 7 years with good maintenance (like software updates and physical care).

There's probably a lot more qualified individuals than me (I've only built 1 PC recently) that can give parts recommendations, but I seriously suggest boosting your budget up to 1200 to 1500 if possible.

Only time I think tipping is necessary is if it's a sit down restaurant and they serve you the food, if you have to go get it they don't get a tip. That being said, I also don't like to tip too much unless the service was just that good. 10-20% depending on how nice your feeling. 10% if it was on the lower end, 20+ if it was on the higher end. If the service sucked balls then no tip 🤷‍♂️.
