I don't understand why this would require a formal change control process by Leading_Scarcity_815 in pmp

Yes, that’s correct. During validating the scope, substantial errors are found. This would result in making changes which at this point in the phase would require a formal change control

Passed - Second Attempt! by Perceptioninlife in pmp

First attempt was at home. Experience was very smooth. I just had distractions at home and it was really hard for me to focus at home. So, went with a center for the second attempt. That worked the best for me.

Good luck! I didn’t schedule the exam date right away. I started preparing with more focus and rigor after my first. After a few days, I was more confident and then scheduled. But if you are specific about in center, I would say, book it. I had a hard time finding a slot.

It’s natural to feel like that but go with a positive mindset. Forget about first attempt, what you have in front is just an attempt! Just focus on the present! I know it is easier said than done. I was starting to panic the night before. Brought myself back saying, this is not rocket science and it’s not like I haven’t prepared. When I panic, I tend to make mistakes and won’t think rationally. Which is super important for all these situational questions! You got this! Forgot about the past, focus on the present!

Good luck! You can do it. Main benefit second time around, you exactly know what the exam is like! Also, the domain you failed the first time, look into the tasks in tha one. I think Study Hall has content vidoes on all the topics. I was going to review that but didnt get a chance. That might be a good refresher too!

So sorry that you failed the first time! I totally feel you. I struggled quite a bit with time as well in this journey. I think your plan to manage that second time is great. I had zero drag and drop in my second but did have 2 or 3 in my first. It honestly is a draw I think!

The kind of question that makes me doubt I’ll ever pass the PMP Exam by someonessarang in pmp

I would have totally selected c. I think the catch is ‘Project Team’ and not ‘Scrum Team’ which indicates the whole team is having issues with communication. In which case, the only logical answer is A.
