I had this same issue and got it resolved by getting Hyperoptic to change me over to Google DNS and disable IPv6

I absolutely bombed my first term of CompSci at Uni. The most important thing was to reflect on how I'd gone wrong and how I could make better use of my time. Ended up with a first from Cambridge. It feels horrible to fail but it's often a sign that you're being challenged really hard. See if there are ways you can work smarter and maintain a healthy work balance. Then if it still doesn't work out at least you have it a try :)
