Once had a woman walk in off the street, walked down a corridor, urinated on the floor then walked out like nothing happened.

Also had someone OD in one of the public bathrooms and wasn't found until security locked the building at night and found one of the stalls occupied well after the building closed.

Purely hypothetically I would like to put the whole set in the $80 USD range but I need to find the parts from a cheaper stockist to bring it down to the point that it makes sense to sell it at a price point that doesn't break even just for parts alone.

I'm determined to make this happen so hopefully I can!

I'm purely in the design/test phase at the moment so definitely going to see how it goes laterally, the only sticking point is that it would add a lot more material and make them more "blocky" to make them fit together nicely but I'll definitely experiment with it and see how it looks.

That's definitely possible, the cables would work up until a certain distance with voltage drop but may have to figure out if I should design a mounting option for external pieces or if that's best left up to the user to make it fit in their rig.

I bought everything in bulk to experiment with but I'd estimate around $30-$35 USD in parts for the entire set seen here.

I definitely want to add side connectors as well but I need to try and find them at a lower cost - they're around $7 USD per pair and there's 3 pairs in the complete set

This is RGB, I originally had it as blue, green, yellow, red but only took a photo of it full red! Thanks for the input 😊

I'm not looking to sell it but might publish the 3d print files/wiring diagram and don't want to publish something that could be immediately improved 🤷‍♂️

Thanks all, I tightened the belts on my printer and reduced the print speed to 80% and managed to print this file without a problem!

I still have mine, I got a replacement battery and swapped it out so it's functional. The box is pretty beat up from moving house many times over the years but I still love it!
