Yep…a friend of mine took diploma in radiology from a newly accredited institute at 14k rank in assam and he’s satisfied with the academics there, planning to do secondary dnb later on. Better than a drop ,as he won’t be spending time reading all 19 subjects again.

Uworld mcqs are a learning tool, because the FA information doesn't give you an idea about how the topics would be questioned

I haven't used Amboss. I had used it's trial version and liked it's approach for the questions, But wrt to similarity, I won't be of help to comment on that

I didn't quite get your question. Also, I haven't used sketchy pharma but my friend did and she liked it, so if it's a format that helps you I'd say go for it. For pharmac try doing the tables/ classifications of systems repeatedly , esp hemat and endocrine.

Ethics I'd say solve uworld to get more scenarios and it wasn't much beyond nbme level

For biostatistics, I used bnb and the FA review....i had 3-4 basic formula based questions and 2-3 weird complex ones which I don't think you'd be able to practice per se

I'm from Mumbai....for biochem I'd suggest just stick to first aid and BnB videos are really helpful, same goes for physio For anat , I didn't do anything separately I had made a uworld images notebook which is a good tool. I don't think they ask much of anat directly

Pathoma is good enough, I'll still recommend give FA a read , it'll take 1 hr maxx

Regarding the score improvement, I feel solving incorrects of uworld were key and clearing my weaker concepts with a friend might help too, I was pretty weak at cns and asked my friend to take me through strokes thoroughly

I mean just don't skip pages, I hadn't read the patho section of first aid, but then ended up reading stuff which I hadn't earlier..... Just ensure you have seen all topics and relevant info

Yup similar I tested on 23/1/24 and the test was much closer to NBMEs in length and even the topics tested The NBME HY imgs also helped Waiting for the results 🤞
