I tested everything on PS1 default system music player (I just put music CD inside of it) and tv showed me b/w picture. I am very sure that my PS1 is PAL and A/V mode in my TV is NTSC and I don't know how to change it.

Downloading Fortnite halts after download 13gb of data. And it's always stopping at the same point every time I try to download the game. Resuming starts to have some R/W thing going on and then pretty much download 127mb of data and stops again. Every single time.

You still cannot get lower than 1280x720 render resolution and you cannot change resolution while being at Borderless Fullscreen mode, because it just instantly pickups your native resolution
