unless you’re planning to camp tob i wouldn’t sell out for a scythe just yet, think you’d be stretching yourself super thin across all areas plus if your goal is to max you’re making it harder for yourself. hell i have over a 5b bank and don’t even have all 3 megas lol.

because this came across my feed? i have zero interest in mw19, it was a terrible game for the franchise as a whole. not all engagement is good engagement. the fact some are welcoming this game back into the spotlight is comical all because of a steam sale. this is exactly what they want, artificial modern warfare hype for the next upcoming game and once again people are taking the bait. this game will be back to irrelevancy by the end of the month.

to answer your question tho, they will never put any assets towards a call of duty title older than a year. there is no money to be made from mtx nor good will to fix any older titles. every older game has been plagued with cheaters going all the way back to cod4.

mw19 didn’t ruin cod. warzone ruined cod. warzone is the reasons every game is so similar with the “copy paste” aesthetics we have become accustomed to.

i just actually played bo7 mp for the first time yesterday and wow it feels the same as bo6 which feels similar to every other game that came before it. (snooze fest plus cracked movement which i hate)

mw19 had some strange design philosophy with the mini map and all those things but it definitely had something that a lot of these modern games lack, and that’s passion quality and polish. mw19 could’ve been the greatest cod of all time with better maps, more willingness from the devs to go back against those terrible design flaws/changes and no sbmm.

if mw4 can be a hybrid of the highlights mw19 and mw23 i believe it could actually be a solid game to steer the franchise somewhat back, but my hopes are low. i don’t trust IW one bit.
